Ingredients
  • 150g de farine
  • 130g d’abricots secs Daco Bello
  • 3 œufs
  • 1 bûche de chèvre
  • 7 cl de lait
  • 7 cl d’huile
  • 1 sachet de levure
  • Sel, poivre, thym

Preheat your oven to 180°C.

In a first bowl, mix the flour with the yeast.

Then, in a second bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk and oil.

Add this mixture to the flour/yeast mixture little by little, mixing well.

Salt, pepper and add the thyme.

Cut the goat cheese and apricots into small pieces then add them to your preparation.

Pour the dough into a cake mold, covered with parchment paper (or buttered and floured).

Slide everything into the oven and cook for about 30 to 40 minutes.

Leave your cake to cool on a baking rack.
