Brazil nut and white chocolate cookies
- 250g de farine
- 150g de beurre
- 100g de pépite de chocolat blanc
- 80g de noix du brésil Daco Bello
- 40g de sucre roux
- 40g de sucre blanc
- 1 œuf
- ½ sachet de levure chimique
- 1 cuillère à café d’arôme de vanille
- 1 pincée de fleur de sel
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Let the butter soften at room temperature. In a salad bowl, mix the butter with the two sugars.
Add the egg and vanilla flavoring and whisk everything together.
Add the flour, baking powder, salt and mix well with a wooden spoon.
Then pour in the chocolate chips, fleur de sel and crushed Brazil nuts . Mix well.
Cover a baking tray with parchment paper. Using two tablespoons or simply with your hands, form small balls of dough, spacing them out as they will spread out when cooked.
To finish, cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool them on a baking sheet.
