Ingredients
  • 250g de nouilles de riz
  • 100g du mélange 3 Graines BIO Daco Bello
  • 100g de tofu ferme
  • 100g de poivrons rouges
  • 100g de petits pois
  • 80g de carottes -1/2 citron vert
  • 1 oignon
  • 1 gousse d’ail
  • 1 cm de gingembre frais
  • 3 cuillères à soupe de sauce soja
  • 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile de sésame
  • 1 cuillère à café de sauce Sriracha
  • Coriandre fraîche

Start by peeling and finely cutting the carrot and pepper.

Also peel and chop the garlic and onion.

In a hot pan, brown the garlic and onion in a little oil. Once they start to brown, add the pepper and carrot.

Cook covered for 10 minutes, stirring regularly, then 5 minutes over high heat.

Then add the soy sauce, cubed tofu, peas, chopped ginger and Sriracha sauce.

Cook for another 5 minutes over low heat, without lid, stirring regularly.

Follow the instructions on your package of rice noodles to cook them (usually just let them soak for a few minutes in hot water).

Then add the noodles to your frying pan and mix everything together.

Remove from the heat, add the lime juice, the crushed Organic Daco Bello 3 Roasted Seeds mixture as well as the sesame oil.

Serve, then sprinkle generously with coriander.
