Ingredients
  • 350g de farine
  • 150g de mélange Zen Daco Bello
  • 30 cl d’eau tiède
  • 6 g de levure de boulanger déshydratée
  • 4 g de sel

1. Start by dissolving the yeast in water.

2. In a salad bowl, mix the flour, salt and add the water/yeast mixture as well as your Zen mixture. Mix everything using a wooden spoon.

3. Leave to rest for two hours under a cloth at room temperature.

4. Preheat the oven to 230°C.

5. Pour the dough (it is very sticky, this is completely normal), into a casserole dish covered with parchment paper (without a lid).

6. Remember to put a container filled with water in the lower part of your oven (for example in the drip pan). The water vapor that will be released during cooking will provide a crispy crust.

7. Bake your bread for 30 minutes.

8. Let your bread cool well on a baking rack.
