Vegan flax seed pancakes
- Ingrédients pour 10 pancakes :
- 120g de farine de blé
- 220ml de lait végétal
- 2 cuillères à soupe de Graines de Lin Daco Bello + 6 cuillères à soupe d’eau
- 1 cuillère à soupe de sucre de canne
- 1 cuillère à café d’extrait de vanille
- 1/2 sachet de levure chimique (6g)
- Huile végétale pour la cuisson
Try making delicious vegan pancakes, using our flax seeds , which will perfectly imitate the texture of eggs . For more deliciousness, accompany them with red fruits and maple syrup.
Grind the flax seeds and mix them with the water. Leave to rest for 5 minutes to obtain a sticky texture.
Mix the flour, sugar, and yeast. Then add the flax/water mixture, milk and vanilla extract.
Pour 1/2 ladle of batter into a pan previously heated with a little vegetable oil.
Cook the pancakes for 30 seconds on each side. Repeat the operation until the dough is used up.
