For this recipe you need :
Ingredients
- 200g de quinoa
- 1 botte de persil plat
- 1 botte de menthe
- 3 oignons nouveaux ou 1 gros oignon
- 2 tomates
- 2 càs d’huile d’olive
- 1 jus de citron
- 2 càs de mélange croquant Daco Bello
Here is a refreshing recipe that fits well with current temperatures. A lightly flavored quinoa tabbouleh enhanced with our Crunchy Blend.
Cook the quinoa for 15 minutes in boiling salted water, drain and leave to cool in a salad bowl.
Finely chop the parsley, mint leaves and onions. Cut the tomato into small cubes. Pour everything over the quinoa.
Add salt, lemon juice, olive oil and Daco Bello Crunchy Mix.
Serve well chilled.
