Superior quality from field to bag
Turkey is the leading producer of hazelnuts in the world thanks to its climate and its perfect terroir for growing this small fruit! Our hazelnuts are followed from the field to the shelling factory.
Training is offered to producers to ensure good management of agricultural land and hazelnut trees.
After harvest, the hazelnuts are shelled and packaged according to superior quality specifications before being shipped to us. Finally, we use them in mixtures or package them in sachets in our factory in Ablis in Île de France before sending them to you!

We select our hazelnuts in Turkey on their superior quality , but also for the committed actions of our partner .
Member of several responsible programs such as UNICEF's “Harvest the Future”, our partner emphasizes respect for human rights and fights against child labor.
Awareness training on social and labor rights is offered to farmers and workers. A school is set up to educate children to prevent them from accompanying their parents in the fields during the summer hazelnut harvest. Finally, housing is made available and first aid and hygiene kits are distributed in the fields to guarantee healthy working and living conditions for workers.
