We have long been committed to the well-being of our employees at work and the sharing of common values with our suppliers. We regularly organize seminars and team building to strengthen team cohesion.
Job Saving
In 2017, we took over the Ablis factory and thus saved 25 jobs. More recently, we welcomed 2 employees from the RAMBOL company in April 2022 (closure of the cheese factory in Saint Arnoult). We organized job dating and factory tours for the occasion.
Product donations
During the Covid-19 pandemic, we made numerous product donations to local food banks as well as hospitals and clinics heavily impacted during this crisis.
Team building
In order to unite teams and get to know each other better, we organize seminars with employees around constructive themes that convey team spirit.
Well-being at work
At Daco France, 86% of our employees say they are happy at work! These are also 14.10 years of seniority on average in the company. In order to maintain a pleasant climate within the company, in addition to team building we organize a Christmas meal each year, as well as a day dedicated to families with a visit to the factory.

Our company is SME+ certified! The PME+ label attests to the Company's commitment to a CSR progress approach, anchored on their good social, societal and environmental practices.
