- 200g de farine (ici t65)
- 60g de graines de lin Daco Bello
- 150ml d’eau tiède
- 1/2 sachet de levure sèche de boulanger
- 1/2 càc de sel

Dilute the yeast in water and leave to act for 5 minutes.
