Cut the fresh goat cheese into small pieces.

Mix well with your fingers and form balls with the palm of your hand.

Coat each of the balls with cranberries , crushed hazelnuts and sesame seeds .

Prick each meatball with a skewer.

Keep in the fridge until it's time to serve.
