Ingredients
  • 45g de flocons d’avoine
  • 15g de graines de lin Daco Bello
  • 200ml de lait au choix
  • 10g de sucrant au choix
  • 1 càc de cannelle en poudre

For breakfast, stock up on fiber and good fatty acids with this delicious flaxseed porridge.

Grind the flax seeds.

In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil.

Add the oatmeal, ground flax seeds, cinnamon and sweetener of your choice. Stir the mixture until a slurry forms (3-4min).

Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the toppings of your choice.
