Homemade porridge with dried fruits
Boil the milk. Slowly add the oatmeal, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and stir until boiling again. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. It's ready ! Put a teaspoon of honey per bowl. Add fruits and dried fruits according to your taste: - 50g Daco Bello almonds - 50g Daco Bello cranberries - 50g fresh berries

Pecan Brownie with fleur de sel
Preheat the oven to 170°C. Melt the chocolate with the butter. Add the sugar to the chocolate with the butter. Add the sugar to the melted and cooled chocolate. Stir well to melt the sugar. Add the eggs one by one, beating well between each egg. Add the flour and fleur de sel and mix well until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Add half of thenuts and incorporate well. Save the rest for the top. Pour into a buttered and floured square mold. Sprinkle withchopped nuts and chocolate chips. Bake at 170°C for 15 to 20 minutes. If you like it soft, take it out of the oven a little shaky. It will firm up as it cools.

Dried fruit pancakes
Put the flour in a salad bowl and form a well. Place the whole eggs, sugar, oil and butter. Mix gently with a whisk, gradually adding the milk. The resulting paste should have the consistency of a slightly thick liquid. Flavor with rum. Heat a non-stick pan and very lightly oil it. Pour a ladle of batter into it, distribute it in the pan then wait until it is cooked on one side before turning it over. Cook all the pancakes in this way over low heat. Sprinkle with some Daco Bello dried fruits and serve!

Brazil nut and white chocolate cookies
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Let the butter soften at room temperature. In a salad bowl, mix the butter with the two sugars. Add the egg and vanilla flavoring and whisk everything together. Add the flour, baking powder, salt and mix well with a wooden spoon. Then pour in the chocolate chips, fleur de sel and crushed Brazil nuts . Mix well. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper. Using two tablespoons or simply with your hands, form small balls of dough, spacing them out as they will spread out when cooked. To finish, cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool them on a baking sheet.

Granola Boost
Start by preheating your oven to 170°C. In a salad bowl, mix the oat flakes with the vegetable oil and maple syrup. Spread the mixture on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake for around twenty minutes then mix and bake again for 10 minutes. The flakes should be golden. Let your mixture cool well and then add our Boost mixture , as well as the fleur de sel, mixing well.

Vegan flax seed pancakes
Try making delicious vegan pancakes, using our flax seeds , which will perfectly imitate the texture of eggs . For more deliciousness, accompany them with red fruits and maple syrup. Grind the flax seeds and mix them with the water. Leave to rest for 5 minutes to obtain a sticky texture. Mix the flour, sugar, and yeast. Then add the flax/water mixture, milk and vanilla extract. Pour 1/2 ladle of batter into a pan previously heated with a little vegetable oil. Cook the pancakes for 30 seconds on each side. Repeat the operation until the dough is used up. Enjoy your food !

Flaxseed porridge
For breakfast, stock up on fiber and good fatty acids with this delicious flaxseed porridge. Grind the flax seeds. In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil. Add the oatmeal, ground flax seeds, cinnamon and sweetener of your choice. Stir the mixture until a slurry forms (3-4min). Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the toppings of your choice.

For the cake: Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6) . Butter and flour a cake mold. Peel and grate the carrots. In a bowl, mix the oil, brown sugar and eggs until very creamy. Then add the grated carrots and crushed walnuts. Mix everything well before incorporating the flour, bicarbonate and spices. Pour the mixture into the cake mold and bake at 180°C for around 35 minutes (check cooking using the tip of the knife). When the cake is cooked, unmold it and let it cool for at least 45 minutes (it is important that the cake is very cold before cutting it and filling it with cream). For the cream: Zest and squeeze the lemon (reserve the juice for the rest of the recipe). In a bowl, soften the cream cheese using a whisk, then add the sugar and lemon zest. Then set aside to cool. For the icing: Make dark chocolate shavings. Place the icing sugar in a bowl and gradually pour in the lemon juice, then mix until you obtain a dense and soft paste. Reserve at room temperature. For serving: Once the cake has cooled, cut it in 2 widthwise and garnish the inside with cream cheese cream. Then close the cake, then spread the icing on top and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
